TA Booking, unable to check in

The corporate travel desk for my company issues HANH air tickets for VA flight due to restriction of being able to buy VA tickets. I was earlier able to check in online using those tickets. However, for the last few weeks the online checkin does not seem to work. I mean it is funny, it checks me in but states that I can't check in online. Also, it does not show up on VA app when using the PNR.

Any thoughts on why would it be this way ?

Can't help you, however I just checked in for my flight this afternoon and had no problems. It certainly must be another issue...
