Hi Everyone,

Back in August I booked 2 JS tickets From Australia to Europe on Etihad.com.

JS tickets can be refunded or changes for a fee.

Anyway, looking now, same route, class, flights and dates are available on Etihad.com for ~$1,500 less for both tickets.

What's the best way to tackle this? It looks like the change fees would be about $400 all up, but is there a way to recoup the full difference?

Thanks

S
