I'm going to have to get back home 2 days before my partner and was wondering If I leave her with a Comp lounge invite will this do the trick for the Tom bradley lounge? Its listed under Qantas Lounges on the QF website but I know it also services BA and CX and one of the conditions on the back of the pass states its not to be used for alliance lounges. Anyone had any success getting in on these passes?

I believe the TBI lounge, often called the OneWorld Lounge is officially recognised as a Joint Lounge by Qantas. That being the case, it should meet the criteria for using a complementary Qantas Club invitation if the passenger is departing on a QF flight number from TBIT that day.

+1 & I used complimentary passes to TBIT lounge in March - no problems.
