I received a survey email from Amex this morning. I'm always interested to see WIFM with surveys and I read

This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please take the time to complete this short survey. To thank our Cardmembers for completing this survey, we will make a US$15,000 donation to the International Red Cross.

Regardless of how many people do the survey, they still donate the $15K. They don't need my response for their donation commitment

Me too. I remembered I used to do it once for them online, and chose all of services are very unsatisfied.:mrgreen:

I'm going to run through the survey, might convey a few insights into things AMEX are planning.

I had just about finished this survey, then my work PC randomly rebooted! :evil:

Deleted the e-mail, so can't get back to it (I tried the original URL but it is asking for a username/password).

The general gist of the survey was asking you which c/c you have (all cards) and then comparing the both of them in terms of how you feel about their rewards programs, credit limits, interest rates etc.

yeh, i told them i wasn't happy with my qantas amex, it does less than my qantas visa

As soon as I saw that there wasn't any bonus points involved, the email went straight to trash.
