I recently had a good experience with Jet* and I thought I would share what happened. I normally try not to fly Jet*, as they constantly have issues with delays, planes going mechanical etc, but I flew to Nadi on an insanely cheap deal with my family. Unfortunately the nameplate on our luggage was torn off on the return journey, which left two big holes in the outer hard case. I did have travel insurance, but needed to ask the airline to repair the luggage first. They took down my details and I dropped of the bag a day or so later, when I had another flight. Within 2 working days I have just had the repaired bag couriered to my workplace.
This is astonishing and I have never had this happen with any other airline previously.
I just wanted to thank everyone at Jet* for this and just let other know that if your luggage is damaged with Jet*, to go back and let them repair/replace the luggage.
