FWIW there is a much better service as a door-to-door.
Adelaide City Shuttle - charge $10 and will drop you off at your motel or work place in the city. They will pick up from city for return too.
At the information desk just ask and you will be directed, no booking required.

To me this is much better than waiting for upto an hour for a double decker bus that will drop you and your luggage at one of two city locations.

Taxi in off peak traffic is between 20-25. A little more in peak times obviously...
