What's your QFF status Nigeldw?
Once you enter your QFF # whmgen you phone, the system will or should put you to HBA.
If WP/P1 ie upper grade, you can phone up and will most likely get the HBA QF call centre.
Otherwise if lower grade, er, status, have to make do with the outsourced MNL or JNB call center.

Not that I have seen that bkack screen with the "working" dots on the QF website.
