I had a flight ZQN to MEL and had to cancel and it went through to a travel bank in NZ$.
I soon worked out that it would only be able to be used from NZ.
No worries.
I needed to rebook for November.
J saver flights from ZQN-MEL were $831, but when I went to use my travel bank, the J saver flights were showing $1431, which is the price of the J flex fare even though it was saying Business Saver.
What the?
