I have to transfer to domestic terminal (T2) in sydney. I would like to know that can i use The qantas seamless transfer check-in counter and transfer bus at international terminal ?
my flight from Bangkok - SYD = QF 2 and my flight from SYD -Hobart = QF 5721 ( flight operated by jetster)
Qantas Seamless Transfer

If you are transferring between a Qantas Domestic Flight (QF400 - QF1599) and a Qantas International Flight (QF001 - QF399) in either direction, you may be eligible to use the Qantas Seamless Transfer Service.
(this information from SYD airport)

if i can use it . i can check-in , get the boarding pass here and get on bus to T2 without my baggage , right.
where is the Qantas seamless transfer check-in counter at T1? OR what sign i can follow it? ( this is my 1st flight )

if i can't use it. i have 2.30 hours for clear custom and transfer. i can go to T2 for checking in time ? when i arrive at T2 , i have to check-in at the Qantas counter or Jetstar.

thank you so much for every answers.

AFAIK if you are travelling J*, you can't use the transfer desk.
Shouldn't imagine you would have a problem clearing customs/immigration and then getting to T2.

Options for transferring to T2 are here Terminal Transfer

You have answered your own question. Your domestic flight is QF5721 which is NOT in the range QF400-QF1599.

A bit late now, but having arrived on QF2, the OP could indeed have used the Qantas "seamless" transfer.

They would have had to show their QF2 inbound BP's and their e-tickets for the QF codeshare on JQ.

More here: Fly - At the Airport - Airport Guide - Sydney International Airport (T1)
Transfer between Terminals:
Transferring from T1 (International Airport) to T2 and T3 (Domestic Airports):
After you clear customs, recheck your baggage at the Seamless Transfer Check-in counters and then board the shuttle bus for the Domestic terminal.* The shuttle bus service is available to passengers that are travelling or have travelled on a Qantas flight (including codeshare flights) or oneworld flight. It operates from 6am to 12noon every 10 minutes and from 12noon until 9.40pm every 20 minutes. The bus arrives at T3 opposite Gate 1. Check the screens for departure gate information.

Seamless transfer - what's that? Once you bypass the immigration lines with your APEC card you still have to wait to get your luggage and make your way to the far end of the terminal to the transfer area where there seems to be no way to bypass that line.

If I have a choice I would transfer in Melbourne or offshore such as HKG, SIN or AKL.

Or do it with carry-on only.

You can use it if flying into or out of SYD on QF/oneworld.

There's a lot here:

Fly - At the Airport - Airport Guide - Sydney Domestic Airport (T2)

Look at the section re "Transfer between Terminals".
