I find PC very underwhelming since early last year when Hertz became stingy with upgrades.
My "favourite" upgrade is from Toyota Corolla (group H) to... Toyota Corolla (group S)
Also, when you book a prestige car, you get the "benefit" to 'Reserve this Exact Model' which means almost no chance to get an upgrade.

I had this as my last PC rental recently, not much of an upgrade - plus the car at Adelaide Airport was so badly damaged I was embarrassed to drive it - 90K odd km's on the clock. The tires and brakes I'm sure would of failed a road worthy.

I only like full size cars - so this was pointless once they stopped upgrading above a Camry.

My last P class booking - not an upgrade - they gave me a station wagon. Yay PC!

Really not worth anything now. Plus point devaluation recently.

I keep chuckling when they say "fast forward" when in fact, in my case, it's a down-status event. But maybe they are back to the future. Haven't rented since mid January, so will be interesting to see what changes to upgrades - I really didn't notice much of a benefit being PC either, as I actually prefer driving a smaller car than the full size ones.

And I managed to recently qualify for Hertz Five Star*. Not sure how I got there but it doesn't seem to be any different to Hertz #1 Gold.

I did get an email though the other day day offering bonus 275 Hertz reward points for any rental in March on top of normal reward points. Recent devaluations meant I didn't quite have enough for 2 rentals but after tomorrow I will.
