Current office on QF656.

Running an hour late as we had an incident with a young male pax who after much discussion in the front left door area with CSM, pax and Captain, was sadly offloaded.

Seems he was either a nervous flyer of had a panic attack before boarding. He came on board and was given Row 2 (that pax, a child of QF staff, came back to sit next to me in 4E). Eventually he sat down but after much further discussion, he decided not to travel. He was visually suffering and a number of us in the front of Y and those in J, really felt for him.
