And another brutal day at the office today:



Swanbourne beach.

Red flags were up at the SAS base. Lots of automatic weapons firing and the odd percussion grenade, so the 2.5 km pristine beach of the W base boundary was closed. Not a problem - the more those guys practise, the better, IMO.

So the running track was 2.5-3 km S to Cottesloe and back:

I don't know how people live in this city. It's either too hot and sticky or crazy storms that shut down all public transport.
Didn't think I'll ever say that but I miss the Melbourne weather!
