(And yes, wi fi has been poor the past week, for various reasons. I've effectively suspended the Trip Report for the time being for that reason)

All good with the altitude?

NO ! I had to have a rest day today. Headache is getting better with muna tea that our waiter at dinner last night gave me because I was "grumpy"
Still have shortness of breath, but not as bad as Quito or Colorado :) Aiming for MP tomorrow. 6.30am start

Fingers crossed that tea does the trick! Rest day is a great idea... I'm guessing you'll feel better once you start descending down to MP.

As others have said, MP is lower altitude so that should help.
Travelling by train and not hiking I would hope.

re: The view from my "office"

Very definitely by train.
I went to Chinchero,Maras and Moray today as they are at higher altitudes.
Have just hired a car and driver for Sunday so can do the relatively lower altitudes of Pisac and Ollyntambo if mrsdrron is up to it.
