The view from my "office"

Maybe he has at last found his own inner peace train.
I saw a performer totally at ease "within his own skin" and with a calm serenity about him when he performed at Rod Laver Arena.

Damn he sounded good, dare I say better than his records; his demeanour was of someone who really enjoyed performing and seemed humbled at the ecstatic applause by the audience. His voice was strong, he hit all the high notes, did all his great songs. He had even brought his long-time friend Alun Davies with him and he guitar on a few of his songs (you can see Alun sitting in the background in the "Peace Train" image below).

He touched on aspects of his life, including his stoush with Deram over the musical direction they were forcing him to take, rather than his own. He talked about his TB which started him on a more meditative path, then promised to devote himself to God after a near drowning incident off Malibu.

All in all a great concert from a great performer.

Thank you Amaroo, but which stadium? (I can tell it's not my favourite - Green Bay)[/URL]
Looks like Dallas to me
AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas.... home of the Dallas Cowboys
Yip - I was there in June:

The view from my "office"

@amaroo's photo is looking slightly north of west; across the road the large building slightly beyond and to the north of the stadium is a "WAL-MART SUPERCENTER" - a Big W with bells on (and maybe ¾ the price).
