But you need a bottle to fill the wineglass
Were you trekking as well?Sadly not my office today but in searching through my 10,000 photos I found this beauty I didn’t even know I had. Summer trekking in Chamonix, French Alps.

Yes, in fact, no one knows for sure.A lot of discussion by historians about how Harald actually died.
I notice a "Star Wars" shot among your great photos.
Well spotted! Our guide was a child when they filmed and said it took 5 days and 5 helicopters to grab that 9 seconds
You need to slow down a tad, JohnM.
Way OT, but once as a young guy, I had rented a car to go from Gold Coast to Perisher for a weekend of skiing (I used to do silly things like that, as airfares to CBR were prohibitively expensive back in those days).Except occasionally you have a car speedo that under registers which was my unfortunate experience. And not just a little under but 10Kph.
So ever since I know what my true speed is.current Hyundai is on 100kph when reading 102 but at 60Kph it reads 65.
Not as bad as an Avis Rental I got in Christchurch.9 years after NZ went decimal the speedo was still in MPH.Wondered why I was passing everything still only doing 60!
There have been a few rather spectacular photos posted on the OTT, and it was suggested that a new thread be started just for this purpose.
So do you have a picture of somewhere special you were this morning you would like to share?
