I decided I would not continue a battle with the Brush Turkey(s) this year and have let them do what ever they want. They have ripped up and eaten all the lovely frisias scattered throughout the lawn leaving sizable craters in places but I remain calm.A different view whilst working in the herb garden.

Only 1 reason a scrub turkey male is visiting this time of year. He wants to build a nest. In the second picture is the corner of one of my green houses. he jumped onto the roof and was trying to get a piece of the fibre. So I went as close as I could which didn't phase him. Then reinforcements arrived - 2 noisy miners. That got him on to the fence. One miner flew off and came back with at least a dozen more so he made his escape.
