Yep, feels like -18. I've had down to -35 in Calgary and -40 something when I lived in northern Quebec, but have only brought my medium coat here, good for about -10.
I was planning to go into the office this morning, but managed to find excuses to put it off till after lunch. Its a half hour walk, but on a Sunday? In this weather? I took the lazy option:

'Car2Go' is great. All over the town, book the nearest one on-line (in this case right outside my apartment 
), pay by the minute.
