Adjoining suburbs, but Battery Point pretty flat so not many places have a view. A lot of houses in Sandy Bay - where I was lucky to live for a few years - have terrific views.
That house in BP looks pretty familiar. Some of my Uni friends lived in Battery Point. Been a few years, but I sure wouldn't purchase that home if it is the one let to them....
