Rooms do not have microwave ovens, not that I wanted to use one.
Each Tower has a 24/7 Laundry (Main Tower L11 & South Tower L18) machines accept either ¥100 coins or credit card. I used Suica card.
Both laundries have a microwave oven. Not sure why, but I did encounter people heating Instant Noodles or the like.
More importantly, the South Tower laundry has a clear view of Mt Fuji (subject to weather of course).
