Hi everyone.I was making a reward booking and received the booking confirmation email (including the e-ticket) and the corresponding funds have been deducted from my points balance and back account. The booking also appears in my Velocity account. However the payment webpage kept loading and eventually said payment failed. Is there anything I should do in this situation other than ringing Virgin to check that the booking was made successfully?Thanks
