I'm talking here about flights that operate under the same flight number as "direct" flights, although they may not be "non-stop" flights. I'm also looking at trip duration, rather than distance flown.

Was just having a look at Qantas' Sydney-Paris schedule and the flight time for QF33, including the stop in Perth, is exactly 25 hours.

I can't think of any direct flights that are longer than that. QF1 comes close at 24 hours and 50 minutes.

Air France flight AF26 from Paris to Papeete (via LAX) is blocked at 22 hours and 5 minutes. QR988 from Doha to Adelaide, which has that ridiculous overnight layover in Melbourne, is only 21h5m.

Can anyone think of a longer direct flight?

Not longer but SQ's SIN FRA JFK is up there. I believe that's around 23hours in one of the directions.

There are a number of WN flight numbers that have 5 or 6 stops all over the US, but I'm not sure if any of them even brake the 20 hour total time.

SQ52 SIN-MAN-IAH has a block time of 25h 5m
