Recently booked a DJ flight through the DJ website. Entered the Velocity number on the booking.

Itinery comes through mentioning the Velocity number.

Yet it's not displayed in the "Your bookings" view of the Velocity site.

Is it working for others?

Mal,

Yes, my flight tomorrow is showing up on the website. THere are buttons to display and edit itinerary details. However I booked my flight over the phone as I was using some credit from a previously cancelled flight to pay for it, so perhpas that's why it works for me?

Anyway, I just used DJ's Web Check-in for the first time. It's a very handy feature! I've been using the "Blue check-in" screens at SYD and MEL and they work well, but this is even better. You just enter your booking number, confirm the flight details, accept the seat allocation or select another, and print out your own boarding pass. Check-in opens 24 hours before the flight. Way to go.

Just noticed the following on the "My Bookings" screen:

The following bookings will not appear below:
- Reservations that were made online prior to 15 Nov 05
- Reservations altered by the Guest Contact Centre to include your Velocity Membership Number

I called about a week and gave them about 6 different booking numbers to add to my Velocity account and they haven't appeared on the site yet. Worth making sure it's on there when you check-in

Well my second set of DJ flights havn't appeared on the "My Bookings" view either.

Same issue has happened to a friend.

Wish they'd sort out their system!!

(And yes, the Velocity # is on the booking. Booked through the web).
