just booked through the qantas website, using a voucher from a previously cancelled flight, a return flight back from florida.

I got QF4533 operated by american airlines, departing Orlando at 18.55, arriving fort worth at 21.05
then i have QF 8 departing fort worth terminal D at 22.00 to sydney

im not sure which terminal QF 4533 arrives into, have they given me enough time to make flight QF 8 ??

Ive never had a problem with these by booking through the Qantas site and have gotten out of the habit of checking

From memory last time i flew out of the USA customs/departures was taken care of in orlando and i just had to get onto my next flight, but I was going through LAX that time.

The shuttle that runs between the Terminals doesn't take long and runs constantly (from memory).

Are your two flights (QF4533 & QF8) on the same booking or are they two separate bookings?
If the same booking (PNR) and you're checked all the way through to SYD then theoretically you should be ok if you don't make the flight as it will be the airlines responsibility to look after you. If you definitely want to make the flight I would suggest an earlier flight out of Orlando if possible.
If you have booked it as two seperate bookings I would certainly bring the Orlando flight forward.

QF8 typically departs from D15/D16. They should announce the arrival gateshortly minutes before you arrive from MIA.

Check the DFW info in the back pages of the "American Way" and plan your transit.
