Time to clear customs and border in CBR

I'm coming in next month on Singapore. The flight arrives at 8.30 in the morning. How long does it take to get through customs there? Is it ok to have a domestic flight departing 2hrs after arrival?

That will almost certainly be fine. I've had weird delays a couple of times, including an ill passenger who required treatment by paramedics, but you'd have to be extraordinarily unlucky not to have your bags within 30 minutes or so. If hand luggage only, all the better.
