Mr Jurahn's review date was 7th October and his account shows the Status Review was done/completed on 21st October, but almost 3 weeks on from that, his new card still hasn't arrived. His old card has now expired, and I'm just hoping this isn't going to end up being yet another thing I have to chase up with Velocity at the moment.

Just wondering what timeframes others are experiencing in receiving their new cards after status review?

I had a review in May where I went from WP to SG.

It took two weeks for the review to complete and the new card arrived arrived a week later.

Hmmm - well, seeing as we're almost two weeks beyond that point, it should have been here by now (even with the notorious lack of speed shown by Aus Post in getting letters to WA).

I moved up a tier today and was advised 14 business days for the card to arrive.

Somewhat odd timeframe - you'd think 14 days or 15 business days - so 2 or 3 weeks.

The card arrived today, so a total of 5 weeks for the review to be completed and the card to get here. Surely there's got to be a quicker process so that at least the card arrives before the month's "grace period" on the previous card expires.

I didn't receive my card last year, I'm guessing it got lost in the mail. I requested a new one from the VFF website and received it within about 2 weeks. You'll still receive your benefits/lounge access, you just might need to show them ID.
