Hope it is Ok to post this. Came across a free iTunes download for the special episode. Need to use RMTK46XMJYMX.
 
Australia or US or UK?

Either way, the code can only be used once. Occasionally things are on special and codes can be generated, say through Facebook, but everyone would need to get an individual code.

I just logged into my account (Aussie I believe) & used what I believe is a "generic" code.
I guess all you can do is try it, it worked for me.
