Sorry if this is a dumb question, but does anyone know of a way of finding out your flight details that are older that 12 months? The Qantas website only lists the last 12 months.
Thanks in advance!

The website itself won't show you, but if you subscribe to paper statements, then you could refer to them for previous details. (Note that to subscribe now if you don't subscribe already will cost $).

Otherwise, I'd write a feedback to Qantas requesting your FF Activity History from them from xx date to xx date and see what they come back with.

I havn't been down this path (and can't recall anyone else who has), but it's worth a shot. They might call you back and quote a $ cost for it, but not sure.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick response!
I used to get the paper statements too, but unsubscribed some years ago when they had an offer of points if you unsubscribed. It would be nice if the website would allow you to go back further than 12 months (like many banking sites).

You can manipulate the URL to go backwards

If you select one of the months from the dropdown and go to that page you will see a URL, with the month you selected shown something like

monthChoice=apr08

which you can adjust. Bit slow but works

Code:
[URL="http://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/do/dyns/auth/youractivity/yourActivity?sortMethod=sortByDate&monthChoice=apr06&displayAction=month&statementEarliestDate=26Nov08&statementLatestDate=29Jan09"]qantas.com.au/fflyer/do/dyns/auth/youractivity/yourActivity?sortMethod=sortByDate&[B]monthChoice=apr06[/B]&displayAction=month&statementEarliestDate=26Nov08&statementLatestDate=29Jan09[/URL]

I had a similar request to get all my BA flight history for the fuel surcharge law suit.

I asked QF via email and had all the old paper statements sent out at no cost within 7 days.

Hi,
Thanks for that! Manipulating the URL works great - seems that you can go back about 5 years. Why don't they make this standard functionality?

Is there a trick to this. I could not make it work... kept getting 404 error...

I logged in first, copied the link, adjusted the dates, and could not make it happen???

You need to go to the activity statement, pick a month from the drop down list. I then just adjusted the date (Feb09) bit in the address bar.

sortMethod=sortByDate&monthChoice=Feb09&displayAction=month&statementEarliestDate=20Sep08&statementLatestDate=02Feb09

But by doing this it would only go back about 2 years.

Just tried - changing the dates at the end doesn't seem to do anything

Seems to go back about 5 for me then just comes up with no data.
