back in July I attempted to transfer points to my Krisflyer account. The transfer failed multiple times before going through. The failed transfers have been showing as point deductions in my account ("Transfer Points hold").
I have not been able to get this resolved, the call center is hopeless ("the points have been refunded, you just can't see them" amongst other gems) and the contact via the web form bounced me back to the call center.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a way to actually contact Velocity onshore? I'm giving this one last attempt before handing it over to my lawyer, I'm out 300k points.
