Travel Bank Balance showing on "My Dashboard"

I'm sure this wasn't happening yesterday or I'm very slow off the mark.

If you go to "My Bookings" ( Virgin Australia )

Then click your initials at the top right, it shows your points balance and travel bank balance.

It was showing a number of months back for me, just as another reference point

It's possible it's been there for months. Haven't seen it mentioned on the forums though could have missed.

I was trying to book a flight using Travelbank today but it kept erroring out.
When I called up Virgin, an agent told me that it sometimes does that when you try to book using travelbank while logged as a Velocity member.

Logged out and tried again (with Travelbank username not linked to my VA FF) and it seemed to work for me. Strange but might be useful for someone.

I have had to do the same with every travel bank booking I have made. I find it a very frustrating way to have to book a flight. Looking forward to using the last of my travel bank shortly.

Now my Conditional Credit travel bank is depleted I no longer do any search with "travel bank".

I still have my standard travelbank under my Velocity number but select to use that on the payment page.
