Travel Insurance for Pre Exisiting condition of Pacemaker? Help who will Insure us?

My husbane has a Pre Exisiting condition having a Pace Maker. Can anyone please help as to where we can obtain
Health Insurance, of course we are quite willing to pay extra to be fully covered. We only want to travel in Asia and Middle East.
