Travel Insurance on "Gold" cc - Experience, Useful

Hi,

I am looking into whether it is useful to get one of those credits cards and
would like to know of anyone experiences (claims) on these travel insurance.

Worth it? Any trouble making claims?
Or is it better to get separate insurance for travel (holiday)?
