G'day Dear AFF'ers,

Trust y'all had a good Chrissy and NY's.

I currently have 1 ABN linked to my QBR account and have been earning points on travel for this ABN.

Now, I have 2 other businesses for which I travel a bit and want to understand how to handle my situation.

For instance, in Dec 2023, I travelled for Business #2, and I will be travelling in Jan 2024 for Business #3 ... However, so far, in my non-existing wisdom, I have been crediting all my travel (regardless of the business I was travelling for) to Business #1 ...

I'm wondering if there any other AFF'ers in this situation and seeking advice on how to better handle my situation?

Cheers,
Ade

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I had that situation for a little while with two businesses. I simply credited all flights to one of them. Unless there is some detailed account keeping you need to keep track of, I can’t see why you couldn’t do that also.

I don’t think Frequent Flyer points etc are taxable (that is, they should be credited to the correct entity), so I don’t think that would come into it, although I stand to be corrected

Yes, wouldn't you want to consolidate all bookings/earn under one ABN in the hope of going up a level and getting access to better discounts?

Tough work on domestic whY but two J returns from Oz to the US last year *almost* got me to Level 2 for the first time (I only started QBR in late 2019 and you know what was good for flying much immediately after...).
