There's a current promo (till 31/03/17) for triple avios on virtually all (paid) BA flights:

I was about to avail myself of this offer using an ultra-cheap PE return fare ZRH-LHR-SIN on the 380 for approx USD$620 all-in (giving 40,000+ avios), when that fare suddenly disappeared and virtually doubled. Those are the breaks I suppose...
