I suspect many in here go for the dozen cases with bonus points, but triple points are on offer for standard spend until 30 November 2022.

For standard purchases that means 3 points per dollar, for Premium Wine members (those with paid and free subscriptions due to things like Points Club), it's 9 points per dollar.

Maybe a good time to use those $50 vouchers if there's a bit of going over?

T&C's: Offer ends 30 November 2022 11:59pm (AEDT) unless sold out prior. Qantas may withdraw or extend this offer at any time. Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are not Qantas Wine Premium members will earn 3 Qantas Point per $1 spent on eligible products and Qantas Wine Premium members will earn 9 Qantas Points per $1 spent on eligible products and services purchased through qantas.com/wine. Triple points apply to the base earn only and do not apply to any other offers, including bonus point offers. The earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions. Allow up to 8 weeks for Qantas Points to appear in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

After a terrible experience with QF Wine last year (massive delivery delay that wouldn't arrive in time for Xmas - ended up getting a refund), I decided to give them another try, owing to this promo.

Ended up buying a dozen Pommery Brut for $646 (Points Club Plus discount and $50 voucher), and receive ~10,800 points.

They'll come in handy for Christmas gifts, and for Christmas functions.

I can't get my voucher to work
Assuming it's something about not valid with other offers.

It might actually be a good time to save the voucher for a time when the bonus points don't apply? Applying a $50 voucher will decrease the points earn by 9 x 50 = 450 (or 10 x 50 =500 if paying with a 1:1 earning credit card, or 11 x 50 = 550 if using a 1:1 earning credit card that also provides 1 bonus point per $ spent on Qantas products and services).

Am I the only one who hasn't had points actually credited by Qantas Wine?

I check my Qantas wine account, and I've got 11,457 PTS against an order on 27 Sep 2022 and 2,000 PTS for an order on 27 Oct 2022. I guessing the 2nd one may take a day or two to process...

I decided to audit my Qantas points activity statement, and sure enough, no credits for these amounts were given. Not even the first one.

I encourage you all to do the same. I'll be on the horn to Qantas wine and Frequent Flyer services today to sort this out. I've got 1150 points to go on my Points club so this is well and truly there...

My resent experience is that the points arrive before the wine. This includes a wine delivery that arrived this week.

If the voucher was issued before the new website went live, it won't work online; you'll have to call.
Thanks...

I think it's my points club voucher. I'm not even sure of when that was issued. End of member year? so End of september?
But the wine website DOES NOT take me to a separate page for the cart. I get this stupid drop down nonsense. - one for the IT gripes thread, I guess.

It was the points club wine vouchers I was referring to. Good news is the Qantas Wine sales team is based in Aus (1800 505 004) and answers the phone promptly. Unfortunately, when something goes wrong, their support team is in MNL and are hopeless.
