Trouble using online booking system.

Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?

I am trying to book a flight out of Aust to the US, flying into one port and out of another. I am using the multicity international search, and it comes back with the flights and a price. I select what I want (it doesn't matter which one of the dozen options it gives me), but when I go to confirm, it always comes up with :

We could not find fare for the requested itinerary (5685 UI)

Is it not possible to do this kind of booking online? It is almost as if they don't want my money...

It’s a generic error that was brought up in a similar thread a few days ago, no solution was provided, but if you can see the flights, have you tried just phoning QF?

Seems to have a issue with Open Jaw sectors (arriving one port, dep another), when you select a arrival port then it takes that as your dep port, changing that causes the issues.
