Turkish Airlines - any tips on how to get cheap flights?

I need to book a one way flight from Antalya to Istanbul around 18 September and have gone onto Turkish Airlines website and found it costs A$300+, yet some weeks ago it was only A$120. I could opt to travel with AtlasAir or Pegasus for significantly cheaper amounts, however would prefer to fly Turkish as I am a Star Alliance (Matched) Gold Member for lounge access before the flight - and not sure on the safety of the other two airlines.

Does anyone have any suggetions or tricks on how to book with Turkish cheaper?

Any visitor to turkishairlines.com can see there's many flights starting at that price. Would 7:20AM or 7:15PM flight suit you better?... As per your original request, 'tricks' may be to ask a travel agent... Good luck.

Turkish Airlines has some cheap J fares ex-SIN at the moment, but only to Copenhagen and Stockholm. Both are about EUR2340 return. Each earns circa 20k Miles&Smiles points.
