I just came across a glaring mistake on a particular website which made me try to recall others that I've spotted...

1. Melbourne Airport
More public pick-up bays coming soon : Melbourne Airport
The word "public" was spelt without the 'L' in both the body and the URL. I submitted an online feedback form about this with my contact details - it was promptly corrected but without any thank you.

2. Jetstar
I tried to retrieve a past booking on "Manage Your Booking" and this was the message that was displayed:
"This booking has been cancelled. Please contract our call centre for more information."
I submitted an online feedback form - but this has still not been corrected.

3. Auckland Airport
ArrivalsAndDepartures - Auckland Airport
I've submitted an online feedback form - but can anyone guess what the error is before it is rectified (if they do)?

When in Rotterdam recently, I used a tourist commission type website to get directions to a popular nearby attraction. Basically the website said "catch the bus from this train station", but in fact, you actually had to catch the bus from another (similarly) named train station about 2Km away.

Emailed them, and they quickly responded. Basically said "thanks, you're correct and the first person in 14 years to point this out to us!".

In the FAQ documentation on a UK train booking site:

" If you have lost your booing reference and email confirmation"
