Black Swan International have started an "Uber-style" service.

I'm not at all convinced this is anything like Uber, as they are a security firm and they own the vehicles and they pay the drivers a wage.

In fact I regularly use Expedient and I don't have to book a vehicle for a day, I just ring them and they send a vehicle that I can keep for a single trip or have them for all day.

As an example, I rang Black Swan for a quote and to go from Crowne Plaza to Vision City, the price would be K165.
With some negotiating, I can grab a cab to do the same for K20 (K30-K40 with no negotiating).

But, Black Swan it a fully tracked ride with trained security drivers, they do have a booking app and they do take CC in the car. All in all, I'm unlikely to use it but for some, this may be useful.
