unable to book 2nd night via IC hotels site - anybody else with same problem

I am unable to book 2nd weekend night offer complimentary via ICH site - anybody else with same problem?

ambweekend via the IC hotels site

I sent in a support request via email - I can authenticate to see my points balance and other information but can't progress through the complimentatry 2nd night site option.

Where do you get up to?

From the Ambweekend page, you sign in (in the middle of the page!), then you should see a search page and a list of IC hotels.

hi mate - thanks for responding when i sign in ..it keeps returning me back to the same page -- i can't get past the sign in page even though I know I know my login is correct. I even sign in at the top of the page and shows me as authenticated ...very strange I am on a mac and have tried this on all browsers but no luck. the cat that you can get past this screen though and start searching it is something on my side. I just keep going back to the same image below (note: i blurred out my login)

hi mate - thanks yes - I must have hit reply the same time as you ..see my picture/photo upload below.

Tried this on a Mac and an iPad in 3 different browsers on each. It must be the operating/system and browser. I just keep getting returned to the same page and not progressing.
