Unable to login to QFF

It's saying my pin is wrong, and if I do a 'request new pin' it comes back saying the details on record don't match. Is anyone else having trouble logging into the site?

Have tried this on 3 people's QF accounts and they're all doing the same.

The details do not match our records. You will be given 2 more login attempt so please check your details, re-enter your PIN and click 'Login', or click Forgotten you PIN?' if you need assistance
