Unable to use Qantas voucher online?

I have a standard credit voucher for a cancelled flight which shows up in the "your bookings" section of my profile. Previously I have been able to simply click on "change this booking" to use vouchers towards a new booking. However in this instance the only "clickable" option is select my seats. How can I use this voucher for a booking? Do I have to call and pay the silly $30+ assisted booking fee?

If you already changed the booking once then that is what happens, and yes to have to call and pay!

Thanks. The annoying thing is I haven't made a permanent change to the booking. Last month I was about to use the voucher - went through the change the booking details - but changed my mind and cancelled out before the last step - obviously even playing around with the booking like this has triggered it as already being changed.
