Recently we burned some Krisflyer miles to do an Aus domestic redemption. The ticket is for CBR to PER via SYD return. I was just wondering about the associated taxes on the redemption, which ended up being SGD 117.70 made up of:
QR 79.80; WG 16.30; YQ 21.60
Can anyone explain to me what they consist of, how these are determined etc? I thought it used to be spelt out on tickets when purchased, but the accompanying fare I had to pay $$ for through the virgin site doesn't shed any light on this one...
Thanks!
