No drink chits, nor have I come across any for UA clubs.

These days there are basic (or well) drinks which are complimentary and you pay beyond that.

I once spent ~6 hours there on a Saturday evening when flying USair.

I was travelling LAX-LAS-CLT-FLL. Flew to LAX ok, but the CLT flight was cancelled (Pilot downchecked the Co-Pilot??!!), eventually routed LAX-LAS-SAN-CLT-FLL.
