Needing some guidance on Qantas not coming to the party when I've submitted an eligible AA status credit claim. I took the flight and have kept the boarding pass. The declined message came back as"Unsuccessful - no match on booking name or flight"
Is there an email address with a photo of the boarding pass or a phone call to resolve the issue?
