what is the baggage allowance, when can seat selection be done and what meals/ entertainment is provided.

IFE - there's a small chance you'll have the old "live2air" system, otherwise nothing. Food - domestic sector you'll get a free tea, coffee or water unless your flight departs between 1600~1900 when you can have a drink. Recently the offering to DPS has changed and aligns with the "transcon" service to PER and all guests receive complimentary tea coffee water soft drinks beer and wine. Spirits can be bought.
Also a hot meal is also provided with a small selection of snacks available for purchase
