Noticed the My Bookings page on the Qantas website seems to have been updated with a (welcome) enhancement in the last few hours.

Each flight now displays the amount of QFF points and Status Credits that will be earned. There is also a tally at the bottom that is based on all of your upcoming flights.

Thanks Qantas devs!

Doesn't seem to work for OneWorld partners (typical) and for some reason it also doesn't show for QF flights later in the year. Maybe based on the fact that the account page always says that I have 10 upcoming flights even if there is 50, so maybe only the first 10 flights are taken into account.

However the total for mine is confusing, at 325 status credits. When I have 520 status credits of flights booked in total, excluding double status credits. I have 240 booked until end of April, and 380 booked until end of year, all excluding double status credits.

I do get 325 status credits if only including flights upto 5 July, Which seems a random cut off, which isn't helpful for re-qualification or anything really.

It's not completely accuracte.

My next return QF flight shows correctly.

But later Qantas revenue flights do not:

I wasnt surprised to see the "If applicable etc" statement on classic reward flights and One World partner flights, but weird it is showing on future QF flights. Although the above were all booked during DSC so shoudl all also have bonus credits.

Interesting - are they only calculating SC's for your current membership year and not the next? Mine seem to stop after my year rolls over. I'm kind of OK with that, but would be nice to see what is in the pipeline for the following membership year as well (if that is indeed what is happening).

You could be right , as my FF year ends 31 July. Upcoming SYD-MEL work flighst were all cancelled yesterd :( and rest of my flights until Jul are classic rewards, which will likely be cancelled.

Not all the projected points/SCs for my bookings are shown, and all my bookings are for my current membership year. I have two bookings on one day in April - one shows the earn, one doesn't.

Good find. My 325 status credits matches the next ten flights.

Looks like it caps out at 10, perhaps to limit server load? I have more than 10 'listings' (which include multiple sectors of the same PNR) and don't see calculations beyond the 10th listing.

I'm seeing the individual earning information also on the next ten flights as listed. Then the if applicable message.
Seems the IT mob didn't take off their shoes to count higher.

Ive also noticed that on the "My Account" page it only shows the correct numebr of bookings if you ahve 10 or less flights.

MIne has been saying :

but when i go into My Bookings page I actually have 13 flights.

Obviosuly designed by people who dont fly frequently or book ahead.

It's smart to do the development work now - it's not likely at all to impact operations given the current status of things, and likely clears a large backlog that the business had rather than having IT sit idle. It may have also been scheduled, but my take is that by adding all of this points club and related logic now and testing it when loads are light, as business ramps up again they will be able to leverage the new features to drum up new business.

Your’e right that now would seem to be the time to do things such as this, let’s hope that they can also clean up the deficiencies we all know about.

I am glad there are others that noticed that “10” limit, I think my account once got to “11”. I normally have in the vicinity of 20+ bookings at any one time. However with changes over the past couple of weeks I now only have 10 actual flights and around 25 vouchers.

Well after converting a few more flight to vouchers I now only have 5 bookings, the lowest number I have seen. Even then these may go by the wayside. I noticed it does pick up OW rewards as my 5 bookings are:

SIN-MEL (QF)
ADL-HKG (CX)
HKG-YYZ (CX)
SYD-HNL (QF)
HNL-SYD (QF)

Voucher count now at 30

I noticed the "Your Bookings" page has had a couple of recent updates.

- It's now showing status credit earn for Classic Flight Reward bookings as a Points Club member, which is very helpful.
- It's also showing status credit and points earn for all upcoming QF flights, rather than cutting off after only showing it for a few sectors.

Now the tally down the bottom of the page that shows the status credits and points to be earned off upcoming bookings seems a lot more accurate and useful.

It's still not entirely accurate but pretty close. E.g. I have an upcoming SYD-MEL where I've upgraded using points (so shows in MMB as "U" class). It's showing the SC earn that I would theoretically get for a business reward seat, not for the economy ticket I originally booked.

Good catch. It’s also not taking into consideration bookings that are eligible for DSC.
