Hi,

I'm flying on QF32 LHR-SIN-SYD, I'm a FF Bronze Qantas Club. I was wondering what are the chances of upgrading using points, how full is this flight normally?

Do I have better chances of upgrading to Premium or U from S.

Long time Listener, First time poster.

This flight is generally quite full (at least the SIN-SYD portion, and was the only time I've flown it LHR-SIN in the past few months). Chances are probably low, but really depends on the day and date.

When are you flying?

If you apply for an upgrade to J, you can simultaneously apply for an upgrade to PE as well (which will be considered if J doesn't happen)

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

The best chance is to request the upgrade.

If it doesn't come through you still have your points.

Thanks.

I'm flying the end of May on a Monday. I don't think many people fly QF LHR-SIN so I may have a better chance because I'm going the full distance?

I wonder if I can upgrade LHR-SIN on its own? even though the flight is booked as a single length.
