Does anyone know if it’s possible to still fly ahead if you have won an upgrade bid.

I suspect ”no” but can’t find anything after googling for a while

I suspect 'yes', as FlyAhead is available if you are in Business - Terms do not indicate what 'class' of Business.
Fly Ahead
  • Request to Fly Ahead to your destination on an earlier flight, subject to seat availability. Fly Ahead requests can be made for you and up to 3 guests on the same booking.
