My police record says 2009 convicted with out passing sentence with good behaviour bond of two years will I be able to get a US tourist visa. We are going in June for 2 weeks.

What you were convicted of will be the key item, if it turns out that you cannot use an ETSA then it would appear there would be no hope of a Visa being issued in time.
 
A getting a bond can imply no conviction was recorded.

What does you police record actually state?

In any case such things less that 5 years ago do not have a great success rate in getting a Visa.
