I just stumbled across UseJewel recently when I was looking for cashback offers for a Hilton booking I was about to make. It comes with a bonus $10 for making your first transaction, which surprisingly triggered when I clicked through from UseJewel to Hilton and made a redemption booking that didn't actually cost me any cash. UseJewel is US-based and pays your cashback into your Paypal account once you accruse $15 of cashback. I haven't had any problem linking an Australian PayPal account and receiving payment.
